3. Give out Freebies

 

Times may change, but this simple fact never will: people love freebies. With this in mind, consider giving away free items or coupons to boost your in-dealership engagement during events, sales, or promotions. Simple things, like service discounts and vouchers will work wonders to engage and excite your customers.

4. Offer In-Store Technology

 

One of the primary challenges dealers currently face is that most auto shoppers do extensive online research about vehicles they’re interested in, even if they’re shopping at a dealership. Sure, they can take a test drive in one of your cars, but that won’t give them all the information they want about the vehicle.

 

To help provide this for them, consider using in-store technology like VR kiosks. The more information you can provide about your models, and the more ways you can give customers to explore a vehicle, the more likely they are to take the plunge.
